"For years I have used intermittent fasting to aide in my wellness journey.
When I first began using it, I dropped a little over half of the weight I wanted to lose, but couldn't seem to get the rest of the weight off. I was happy that I had dropped the weight I had, but I think I convinced myself that I was older, and that I couldn't lose the rest of the weight. When I was introduced to Zallevo, I was actually at the upper end of the scale on my "yoyo" pendulum, so I was wanting to try something new.
I started on the program, I was just going to give it a try, to see if I wanted to change products.
The taste of the shakes blew me away! And the fact that they mixed so well in just a shaker bottle, if I wanted to grab one on the go was a huge bonus. Next I did some burn days, and found that, using Burn Mode, I wasn't hungry during my fast! I had always battled through fasting days in the past, having to really use all my willpower. Burn days have been much easier, and my weight was trending in the right direction.
I signed up for the Best Body Challenge to help me stay on track long term. My challenge ended at the beginning of October, and I was happy that I was back to the low end of my "yoyo" pendulum, but I still hadn't broken through my weight barrier.
I continued with the program, with the goal of breaking through that barrier by my birthday. With the help of the Zallevo program, and some 2-day burns, I shattered the barrier by 5 lbs., and weight less on my 62nd birthday than I did on my 60th birthday!
I love these product, I love the friends I have made through the Best Body Challenge Facebook Page, and I love the fact that I now know that my original goal is achievable.
